Simtec Plumbing and Heating will guide you every step of the way to making your bathroom dreams come true. Our team will ensure that you get the best out of your space, for a fair and competitive price. 

1. Once a date for the quotation is agreed our engineer will attend your property and introduce themselves, they will then discuss with yourself what you would like your bathroom to be, whether the changes are big or small, our engineer will help bring your vision to life. Our engineer will also take note of all necessary measurements and information whilst on site.
2. Our engineer will then liaise with our office, your quotation will be written up and we aim to get quotations to our customers in 1-4 days dependent on availability. 
3. If you haven't already been in touch, our office will check in with you 1-2 weeks after sending the quotation and get a date booked in if you would like to go ahead with the works. 
4. On the agreed date of works one of our engineers will arrive on site and the works will commence, our engineer will check in with yourself throughout the installation to ensure your happy with the progress. 
5. Once the works are completed and you are satisfied with the works, our office will generate your invoice and we wish you the best with your brand new bathroom of dreams!
